David Bockorny is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of QuickSilver Solutions and QuickSilver Ventures. He leads strategic direction, corporate development, capital allocation, and long-term platform expansion across the QuickSilver ecosystem.

David’s career has been defined by building and scaling national operations within telecommunications and logistics. He has served as Head of Operations and senior operational leader for multiple telecom companies, where he was responsible for scaling infrastructure, fulfillment, and field logistics across expanding regional and national footprints.

Earlier in his career, David built and expanded logistics divisions supporting nationally scaling telecom infrastructure programs, designing distributed warehouse networks and operational workflows to support sustained expansion. He later played a key leadership role in scaling a high-growth Internet Service Provider into a national provider of managed Wi-Fi solutions for multi-dwelling properties.

At QuickSilver, David leads corporate strategy, enterprise partnerships, and the continued evolution of an automation-first operating model. He spearheaded the launch of QuickSilver Ventures, the firm’s venture studio arm designed to build capital-efficient, operationally disciplined consumer and e-commerce brands.

Cody Shoniber is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of QuickSilver Solutions. He oversees operational execution across warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain coordination, and systems architecture.

Cody’s career has been defined by building and scaling logistics infrastructure for multiple nationally expanding businesses. He has led operational divisions responsible for supporting multi-market growth, designing warehouse networks, implementing inventory control systems, and standardizing workflows across distributed teams.

Earlier in his career, Cody was recruited by David to architect and lead logistics operations for a rapidly expanding organization operating across multiple states. He built the operational backbone from the ground up—implementing systems, controls, and process governance that enabled sustained national expansion.

In 2021, Cody acquired QuickSilver Logistics Network, a 20-year Atlanta-based courier and transportation company. Under his leadership, the company evolved beyond regional courier services into a diversified logistics platform incorporating warehousing, project-based fulfillment, and supply chain coordination—establishing the operational foundation for what would become QuickSilver Solutions.
