What is your same-day shipping cutoff?
Orders received by 1:00 PM ET ship the same day under our standard fulfillment model. For expedited/rush orders, we offer an extended cutoff of 3:30 PM ET. This applies Monday through Friday on business days.
What platforms and marketplaces do you integrate with?
We integrate with over 150 sales channels and platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon (FBM), Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Faire, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, eBay, and more. We support both native API integrations and app-based connections.
What is your order accuracy rate?
Our order accuracy rate exceeds 99.8%, significantly outperforming industry averages. We achieve this through barcode scanning validation at every step of our Pick/Pack/Ship workflow, strict WMS protocols, and dedicated QA for high-value items.
Do you support custom packaging and branded inserts?
Yes. We regularly handle premium packaging for luxury brands across multiple industries. We support branded inserts, thank-you cards, promotional literature, custom packaging materials (rigid boxes, branded tape, tissue paper), kitting, and gift wrapping—all configured in our system for automated or rule-based application.
Can I use my own shipping carrier accounts?
Absolutely. You can connect your own carrier accounts (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Passport, etc.) or take advantage of our discounted shipping rates. We configure your QuickSilver Portal to map your preferred shipping strategy by weight, destination, or service level.
How does your returns management process work?
We offer fully custom returns workflows. You define your return policy, inspection criteria, and restocking rules. We handle receiving, inspection, triage (restock, discard, or quarantine), and resolution tracking—all visible in real-time in your QuickSilver Portal. We can also manage customer-facing RMA approvals if needed.
Do you have monthly order minimums?
No. We have no monthly order or storage minimums. Our pay-as-you-go pricing model supports brands of all sizes—from startups shipping 10 orders a month to scaling brands fulfilling thousands. You only pay for what you use.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days from kickoff to go-live. This includes portal setup, SKU configuration, sales channel integration, inventory intake, and testing. We work at a pace that suits your team and transition timeline—there’s no rush, and we make it as seamless as possible.
