Do you have order minimums?
No. Unlike traditional 3PLs that require 1,000+ orders per month, we support brands from their very first sale. Start with one pallet and scale at your own pace.
How much does it cost to get started?
Services are customized based on what you need. Brand identity and website packages start around $3,000-$8,000. Fulfillment is pay-as-you-go with no setup fees: $3.50 for the first item per order, $1.00 for each additional item, and $48/month per pallet storage. We'll create a custom quote based on your specific needs and budget.
How long does it take to launch?
Fulfillment onboarding takes 3-5 business days. Brand and website projects typically take 4-8 weeks depending on scope and complexity. We work at the pace that's right for your timeline and budget.
What if I already have a website?
Perfect! We integrate with your existing Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platform and can provide ongoing maintenance, optimization, and marketing services.
Can you help me find suppliers for my products?
Yes! Our supply chain team can help you source products, vet suppliers, coordinate samples, and manage purchase orders. We have connections with reliable domestic and international suppliers.
Do I have to use all your services?
No. While we're designed as an all-in-one solution, you can choose individual services based on what you need. Many brands start with fulfillment and add marketing or website services as they grow.
