Source Smarter. Scale Faster.
Stop chasing suppliers, negotiating one-off deals, and running out of stock at the worst possible time. We handle sourcing, vendor relationships, and inventory planning—so you can focus on selling.
Why Most Brands Overpay for Everything
You’re getting squeezed from every angle—high MOQs, inconsistent quality, surprise delays, and zero leverage. DIY sourcing is bleeding margin you can’t afford to lose.
Paying Retail on Everything
Without volume leverage or supplier relationships, you’re stuck with inflated pricing and ridiculous MOQs that tie up cash flow. Every product sourced solo means margin left on the table.
Quality Roulette Every Order
You discover defects after they land in your warehouse—or worse, after they ship to customers. No factory oversight, no PSI, no quality enforcement. Just hope and pray.
Delays You Can’t Control
Suppliers miss deadlines with vague excuses. Customs holds packages for weeks. Your launch date slips, pre-orders pile up, and customers cancel. You’re powerless to fix any of it.
Zero Negotiating Power
Small orders mean zero leverage. Suppliers ghost you when problems arise, quotas shift mid-production, and payment terms favor them—not you. You need their attention more than they need your business.
From Chaos to Control
We take a data-driven, relationship-first approach to sourcing and supply chain management. Here’s how we stabilize your supply chain and unlock better pricing, quality, and forecasting.
Audit & Assess
We evaluate your current suppliers, SKU portfolio, order history, and demand patterns. We identify cost leaks, quality risks, and inventory inefficiencies—then build a sourcing roadmap tailored to your business.
Source & Negotiate
Leveraging our network and purchasing power, we identify vetted suppliers, negotiate volume pricing, and secure favorable payment terms. You get enterprise-level pricing without enterprise-level volume.
Monitor & Optimize
We implement inventory forecasting, demand planning, and automated reorder triggers based on historical sales data. No more stockouts or overstocks—just the right inventory at the right time.
Scale with Confidence
As you grow, we adjust MOQs, diversify your supplier base, and expand into new product lines—all while maintaining quality control and cost efficiency. Your supply chain scales with you, not against you.

Supply Chain FAQ
We source across all product categories—from consumer goods and electronics to apparel, home goods, and specialty items. Whether you’re sourcing domestically or internationally, our network includes vetted manufacturers in North America, Europe, and Asia. If it can be manufactured, we can help you source it reliably and cost-effectively.
Initial supplier identification typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on product complexity. From there, we conduct factory audits, request samples, and negotiate terms—usually adding another 2–3 weeks. For straightforward products with established supply chains, we can move faster. For custom or specialized items, expect 4–6 weeks from start to first production-ready sample.
There’s no minimum from our side—we work with businesses at every stage of growth. That said, most factories have their own MOQs (minimum order quantities), which vary by product. Part of our job is negotiating lower MOQs on your behalf by leveraging our relationships and aggregating volume across our client base. We’ll find suppliers that fit your current order size and scale with you.
No—our Product & Supply Chain services can be used standalone. However, clients who combine sourcing with our fulfillment services get end-to-end visibility from factory to customer doorstep, unified reporting, and a single point of accountability. It also simplifies inbound logistics and quality control since we receive, inspect, and warehouse all in one place.
We implement multi-stage quality control: pre-production sample approval, in-line production monitoring, and pre-shipment inspections (PSI). For international orders, we work with third-party inspection firms or conduct on-site audits ourselves. Every shipment is documented with detailed reports, photos, and defect tracking so you know exactly what you’re receiving before it leaves the factory.
Both. If you already have suppliers you’re happy with, we can take over vendor management, negotiate better terms, and implement quality controls. If you’re looking to diversify, reduce costs, or find backup suppliers, we’ll source new partners and run competitive bids. Many clients start with a hybrid approach—optimizing existing relationships while building a more resilient supply base.
We offer both project-based fees (for one-time sourcing projects) and monthly retainers (for ongoing supplier management and inventory planning). Initial supplier sourcing typically starts at a flat project fee, while ongoing supply chain management is billed as a monthly retainer based on SKU count and order volume. Every engagement begins with a scoped proposal—no surprises, no hidden fees.
Yes. We coordinate international freight (ocean, air, and ground), handle customs documentation and clearance, and manage last-mile delivery to our warehouse or your preferred location. We work with trusted freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border logistics. All duties, taxes, and shipping costs are transparently documented and billed at cost—no markup.
